You can submit your enquiry via any of the means given on our contact us page. Please give as much detail as possible, including:

• The nature of the event.
• The date and times (approx. event start and finish times).
• The name of the venue and the nearest town and county.
• Whether the event is being held inside or outside (If you plan to hold an outside event we need to know what sort of provisions there are for the band in terms of cover from the elements. We are able to provide our own cover in the form of a gazebo if required, but bear in mind that the sep-up time for this will be reflected in the quote).
• Any of our complementary services you may require.

• A confirmation of booking letter which will give the details of your particular booking.
• An invoice covering the total hire cost, split to show the deposit and the balance due.
• A copy of our terms and conditions of hire.

Making Payment

• Deposits are due upon invoice submission.
• Invoice balance is due ten days prior to the performance date.
